Driver won't leave burning vehicle, tells police he's a mechanic


Police on scene found a green 2000 Infiniti Sedan on fire on the northbound shoulder of the road. Police said 53-year-old Michael Hines also had cocaine on him at the time. Hines was evaluated for injuries and showed signs of being impaired. A series of field sobriety tests led police to believe that Hines was under the influence of drugs, investigators said.
