Moyes reacts to Hart's error and West Ham comeback

17 April 2018

The West Ham keeper would have been desperate to impress once again ahead of the World Cup, with England manager Gareth Southgate watching from the stands, but he produced a major error which led to Stoke scoring after 79 minutes.

They did not have too many clear goal-scoring chances with Ramadan Sobhi, Moritz Bauer and Mame Biram Diouf all producing straightforward saves from Joe Hart in the first half.

Crouch had been on the pitch nine minutes when he pounced to turn in the rebound after England goalkeeper Joe Hart spilled a shot from Xherdan Shaqiri.

"If we can keep the form going, the idea would be to go unbeaten until the end of the season and I don't see any reason why we shouldn't aim for that and try and get there".

The team looked like a well-oiled machine thanks to a collective effort from the players and head coach Brett Brown. Its lone series win after dropping the first two games: the 2006 NBA Finals against the Dallas Mavericks.

David Moyes's team also had three second-half goals disallowed and it was a dramatic finale to a game that had taken an age to ignite.

"Our performances and the way the players have been in the last two games have given us a real lift and since we came back from our trip we've picked up some really good points". I didn't go over the top because I expect him to do that.

"I thought we deserved something. If we have 40 I think it's a lot to ask the teams below us to get it".

Alfie Evans: Claims protest makes hospital visits 'scary'
Alfie's parents say their son has improved in recent weeks and had asked Mr Justice Hayden to allow a new assessment. Hayden said details of that plan could not be revealed because Alfie was entitled to privacy at the end of his life.

Moyes added: "He's been training since we were in Miami".

Since then though Stoke have collected just four points from the 36 available to them, they've lost their last four on the spin, and they are firmly rooted in the relegation zone six points from safety, effectively seven if you consider their goal difference. "But if he can continue to come off the bench and give us 20 or 30 minutes, that will be more than handy as he showed tonight".

Crouch said: "We had five minutes left (when Carroll scored) and it would have been a vital win for us, but coming here and getting the draw is still a good result".

It was the third goal they had ruled out in the game.

Philadelphia DA says Meek Mill conviction should be tossed
Among supporters in the crowd was Mill's 6-year-old son who Fox 29 Philadelphia quoted as saying, "I miss my dad very much". They have unsuccessfully appealed the sentence multiple times and have called for Brinkley to recuse herself.

"I think the ref the decisions right from what I have heard".
