United States northeast braces for third powerful storm in two weeks

New England's third nor'easter in less than two weeks slammed parts of the region Tuesday in a barrage that dropped as much as 2 feet of snow in some places and brought risky whiteout conditions on the roads. The rest of New England was under a winter storm warning, and a winter weather advisory blanketed most of NY and parts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and North Carolina.
