Actress Stephanie Clifford, who uses the stage name Stormy Daniels, has said the affair with Trump began in 2006 and lasted several months.

Daniels signed a non-disclosure agreement in October 2016 which she says was to keep her quiet about her tryst with Trump, but the notary public-who is in Texas as Daniels owns a home in Forney-only stamped the document and failed to also sign and date it as required.

He corroborated Daniels' tale of Trump asking her to spank him with a Forbes magazine that featured him on the cover, which she revealed in a 2011 interview with In Touch magazine.

The actress has sought to invalidate a nondisclosure agreement under which she was paid $130,000 not to give details of her encounters with Trump.

Clifford's attorney, Michael Avenatti, said Cohen had not responded to the offer by Clifford's proposed deadline of noon on Tuesday. Cohen did not explain why he made the payment or say whether Trump was aware of it. Meanwhile, CNN notes that the 60 Minutes interview that Stormy allegedly taped could potentially air on Sunday.

And it would require the agreement be signed by all parties, including the president, who did not put his name to the previous nondisclosure deal.
