The Zenfone 5 Lite will be the first Asus smartphone to offer quad camera setup.
An image of the ASUS ZenFone 5 Lite (attached above) has been leaked online by the ever so reliable leakster Evan Blass. It is seen with a dual rear and dual front-facing camera setup, alongside an 18:9 aspect ratio display. The phone will be a camera powerhouse with four sensors, two 20-megapixel lenses on the front and two 16-megapixel ones on the rear. Although the phone will come with a notch like the iPhone X's, it won't feature a facial recognition system, rather, the notch will only house the selfie camera, earpiece and other sensors. The vertical dual camera setup can be seen, as well as the single LED flash below it. The 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C can also be spotted. The handset could be the more powerful variant of the Zenfone 5 Lite and may run Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Qualcomm is expected to pull wraps of the Snapdragon 670 SoC at the MWC 2018 itself, so Asus might be the first brand to employ the upper mid-range chipset on its smartphone.
