France's Macron vows law vs fake news, eyeing Russian Federation

The French president, Emmanuel Macron, announced this Wednesday that this year a law will be promulgated to fight false news of Internet.

Macron had strongly criticized Russian media outlets for allegedly spreading false information shortly before his election in May.

'We will develop our legal system to protect democracy from this fake news'.
