Tom Sizemore allegedly violated 11-year-old girl, removed from film set

The incident took place 14 years ago in 2003 and it ha never been made public.

PEOPLE's request to Sizemore's reps for comment were not immediately returned.

The 55-year-old actor is said to have battled drug addiction since he was 15, and has been convicted of domestic violence and drugs charges. She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction.

She said: "I'm not speaking out for myself, I'm speaking out for the girl who is a woman now".

As for the incident involving the young girl, The Hollywood Reporter claimed no charges were ever laid, and the film commenced shooting. Production manager Cassidy Lunnen recalls that "the girl was so young it was unclear to her and [later] her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not".

Sizemore is said to have strongly denied the little girl's allegations when he was confronted over the allegations at the time, telling producers: "I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids".
