Ryan school murder: Accused teen allegedly researched use of poison, smudging fingerprints

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday chose to probe four members of Gurugram Special Investigation Team (SIT) who investigated Pradyuman murder case. The agency revealed that the crime was executed by the teenager to postpone a parent-teacher meeting and examination.

Adding a fresh twist to the case, the Haryana Police had on Monday admitting that they have erred in probing the murder of the seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur.

Gurugram: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is likely to step up its probe into the murder of a Class 2 student of Ryan International School over reports of an alleged cover-up by the Gurugram Police. However, the Gurugram Police maintained that they had to give up the investigation in an initial phase and they had strictly followed probe procedure and had scrutinized the CCTV footages and other school students and staff members during the probe.

Few days back, the CBI had announced that it had apprehended the senior student in connection with the murder of Pradyuman rejecting the Gurgaon Police theory that the killing was the handiwork of school bus conductor Ashok Kumar. The team members, however, remained silent on exactly how they made this grave error. "There were many clues which a cop won't normally miss", a CBI officer said on Monday. We suspect that school had hatched a conspiracy along with police to save its administration and make my husband a scapegoat.
