Pakistan Court Delays Ex-PM Sharif's Indictment After Clash

After the rejection of petition, it is highly likely that Sharif, Maryam and Safdar would be indicted tomorrow during the hearing, unless the court delays it. The court had made a decision to separate cases of Hassan and Hussain.

The judges of accountability court on Friday adjourned the hearing of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) references against ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz and hsi son-in-law Captain (r) Safdar after lawyers' clash with security officers in judicial complex. They are of the view that whey lawyers are being stopped from entering the court despite the orders of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
