The Indiana man, Derek Starnes, told WFTS television that he and his wife were "freaked out" by what he found after noticing a small black hole in the smoke detector.
"My wife and I are distressed by this situation".
He took a closer look and found that it contained a hidden camera, pointed directly at the bed.
"We seized a lot of computer storage data devices", said Long Boat Key Police Lt.
"I suspect there are other victims, it's just a matter of identifying them or not", Bourque said.
What's the Matter? Scientists Spot the Missing Part of the Universe
This phenomenon allowed the researchers to see strands of matter that are normally far too dim to observe. The teams looked at galaxies mapped in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey predicted to be connected by baryons.
As to the author of this high-tech peeping-tom escapade, authorities turned to 56-year-old Wayne Natt, who owns the home and has been renting it through Airbnb for the past 2 years.
Police say Natt told them everyone knew he had hidden cameras in his condo for sex parties he threw.
A regard of the man's Airbnb account (since de-listed) revealed Natt having been active two years on the hospitality service provider with more than 40 reviews. Starnes said he knows the video captured him walking through the bedroom naked. He had at least 40 reviews but the company chose to ban him after learning about the couple's discovery. He claimed he was a swinger and had recorded dozens of videos of sexual activity on the property, but with the subjects' knowledge.
"He said it was for recording sexual activity, and his only response was it gave him a better angle", Bourque said.
No one answered the door when the outlet tried to reach Natt at home, but Bourque said that when he talked to cops, he tried to explain away the cameras.
Skellig Michael features in handsome IMAX poster for The Last Jedi
Justice League is due out in theaters November 17, while Star Wars: The Last Jedi will follow on December 15. To guide the player, Jedi Challenges will introduce a new Star Wars character, the Archivist.
Natt lives in the home when it's not being rented out and told authorities the cameras are for his personal use and are not activated when guests are staying i his home.
Airbnb put out a statement saying they are outraged and they have permanently banned Natt from their community.
Natt is now out of jail on bond, but may face additional charges if more victims are found.
"Our team has reached out to local law enforcement to aid them with their investigation of this egregious offense and we hope justice is served", Airbnb officials said. "We take privacy issues extremely seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy against this behavior", Breit added. Airbnb did not respond to a request for comment on whether the company was considering making any changes that could help educate Airbnb members about hidden cameras and surveillance equipment.
Taylor Swift Gets Her Own App and Emojis. They're Called Taymojis
I'd be more alarmed at the appearance of such a self-centered app if we weren't already living in the year 2017. The app will be beta released in limited countries soon.
