Fergie Opens About About Split With Josh Duhamel

21 September 2017

After announcing their shock split last week, Fergie has revealed why she and husband of eight years Josh Duhamel chose to call it quits. She said that the two are so in love with each other that it has reached a point where they're like "friends", further adding that "there's a deep love there". "There's no ideal time so we just chose to do it", Fergie told People magazine.

And while Fergie has an album to promote, she felt it was time to come clean, because, well, it was getting really weird to keep up the charade, she says.

The 42-year-old musician and Duhamel parted ways after eight years of marriage earlier this year. "It was just getting a little weird to laugh through the first date questions".
